These duplex villas are arranged to form a large village house, while remaining an individual dwelling. On the garden level, they open through a large bay window onto a large terrace with garden furniture (table, armchairs and parasol). A barbecue and sun loungers complete this luxurious arrangement.

A private garden bordered by flowerbeds extends the terrace. All the gardens form the park of the residence.
